Will definitely grab that from its hook for the next storm , that and some battery operated fans . Had it been earlier in the evening i would have wheeled the generator out .

Need to get a battery operated fan since the wife won’t help me out with her making fan or AC sounds to help me sleep ! Always keep the I pod charged , constant Tinnitus in a power outage is the pits ! I should / could have gotten out the generator but it was bedtime anyway so in went the earbuds , helps some but Cpap machines don’t work so good without power … Other than that i usually have a few buckets of water for the “ throne “ and washing up . Water filter is always full anyway , crank-up radio ( thanks chris ) oh yeah , and of candles to watch TV by candle light !

Been to just 3 concerts there and never heard it tinny but i can see a problem if the sound people weren’t up to the task !

And there you have the short and sweet of it , “ public demand is Lacking for Hockey “ and this has been the case for quite some time ! The Arena was and is the most poorly planned and located project . And as mentioned before rears its ugly money suck head every few years , becomes a point of public contention for that period of time then slips into the background again ! I personally do not believe anyone could make a thriving self supporting business out of this , our local Oak Island Money Pit !

Gotta go with ya on that last statement! We all need a place to “escape / avoid “ the World around us that presses our heads full of doom and gloom and yes the hi-jinx of the political aristocracy and Hollywood celebrities. So for that little bit of time we can be somewhere away from it , wether its watching old shows from childhood , collecting “toys “ action figures or 🤔other things that give us enjoyment !

I have never visited this store at its other locations so i really can’t/ won’t make any negative comments other than to compare to Big Lots that has the similar products . On a much smaller scale there is a similar store directly in back of that building , Luckys i believe it’s called will be pushed out . But hey , being in that situation myself at one time I was informed by one of my suppliers … “ oh well , thats business” .

So basically a Big Lots store only bigger ! At any rate it will bring business to an empty building and a failing plaza .

I have an idea that , on keeping track , everything seemed to tuck back in during the cold snap . Our apple trees held back blossoms as did most trees , dandelions came on a little late as well . But when the tres started blossoming the bees ignored dandelions for the most part , heading into the woods to get to the Maples , Locust etc . Everything just seems to be about two weeks late this year .
