Founder Of Pudgie's Pizza Dies At 82

I worked for him in the early 80's at the Corning Pudgies when it was on Market St.  He was a really nice guy.

I know we have had this discussion elsewhere, but to me and many natives, Pudgie’s is just one of those things that scream “home.” It ain’t the greatest pizza in the world, but that never mattered. It’s what people think of when they think of home.

Imagine being the guy who started all that. Such an awesome accomplishment.
