I can help with the drug screening questions. I have a prescription for a drug that pops a + on all drug tests. I just have to give the company that administers the test my prescription information (drug, dosage, Dr., pharmacy info and permission to contact them) when they call me and ask me about it. Then when the employer gets my drug results it shows as a negative because I have a prescription. I have had to do it a bunch of times and never had an issue.

I remember at Dish corporate headquarters in CO a while ago they terminated an employee because he failed a drug test, he sues saying it was for medicinal use and was legal. It went all the way to the top court and they said could fire him because while legal at the state level it is not at the federal level. Exactly and no or very few commercials. I already have Amazon Prime for the free shipping, might as well use the streaming that comes with it. Netflix is free from my cell provider. Plus Hulu and Disney + has everything we need or want.

Disney + is not available on cable. It is a streaming platform like Netflix. I have 4 streaming services and no cable.

The legality of it us a gray line. Just because NYS says it's legal the federal govt. still says it is illegal. I am 100% in favor of this. This will allow me to not rely on my meds all the time. My question is are they going to monitor to see who buys at the dispensery so they can compare it to the pistol permit holders?
