  1. Fresh meat is better no doubt, it would be hard to go back to the stuff in the store. But at the same time the stuff in the store is cheaper so you can buy it more frequently or even regularly. At this place if you could on every product(not sure if steak is sold by the pound or would honestly freeze well or not, some beef profucts like burger freeze just fine.l but you will pay more. I guess if you get a few pounds of everything you buy in the long run it may be fiscally worth it. But if you went constantly like you did grocery store runs it would probably be hard to fiscally sustain at that pace long term.
  2. I guess this is why I like steak but I don't. 8oz to me is like eating not much. Dome people like quality over quantity I can respect that. I just don't like leaving a restaurant still hungry. Defeats the purpose especially if I'm paying an arm and a leg to eat it.
  3. That sounds like a novel concept idea for a sausage. Bummed I didn't get to try that.
  4. I actually didn't even notice this was older until after. I just had heard the news on the 4th of July weekend from some family members at a BBQ. I never got over there so I didn't honestly know it happened back around last fall.
  5. They are out of ideas. Hence star wars is now into a borderline 3rd generation.
  6. That sandwich actually looks interesting. Where in the mall is this? Lol

You can't make this stuff up. Straight from Margeson's lips to your ears. They think them controlling the economics is going to be a difference maker? This is just code that we found a way to make out on this place. They'll just use it as a tax write off. https://www.weny.com/story/49194420/chemung-county-ida-reaches-agreement-with-fphl-for-new-elmira-team-approves-management-team-to-operate-first-arena
  8. Term limits would be good across the board but it would mean too many people would actually have to try and do things besides reappear come election time. Term limits would get younger people interested perhaps. Instead of what you have now. If you're young unless you are connected there's no point in running because the same people get in over and over again locally and nationally. The senate and congress are embarrassing for example. You have people like Pelosi who are 80 some and can barely talk. You have people like Diane Feinstein and Maxine Watters who are like never present. Comrade Sanders is another beauty. Heard that guy has 3 homes. Every time redistricting and Term limits come up the elected officials freakout. It would limit their powers and redistricting means cutting the number of people to serve.

So apparently the FPHL and the league commissioner are running this show. But a different management team will be responsible for non hockey related matters like other events and ticket sales and will be announced in the future.. The deal is one year with an option to renew. Strange.....strange. https://www.mytwintiers.com/williams-sportsdesk/fphl-reaches-new-deal-with-first-arena/?fbclid=IwAR2pmus2_tjv_7XV_Ga0V-fdp9hdhMpTkISeYwAw57E59FwYIBJdVA9ept4
  10. Never seen that card. I had no idea you could get Asian written Pokémon cards Iverson here.
  11. It's been so long I couldn't even tell ya my best card. I did not have the coveted Charizard though. I always wish I could have played the game once. Everyone would read those cards and say this one would beat that one because of this....but if nobody was playing the actual game to really find out all you have are the attributes the card said to go off of.
  12. But I mean at the time. Everyone had these cards but nobody ever played the game. I always wondered if there was a way to buy all the cards at once. But I never looked into it. Trading was half the fun though. I wish I kept mine to a degree. I still can't believe Pokémon is relevant in society but they made that game where you searched around for Pokémon. Never tried it. Seemed a bit odd to me to go outside and search for these characters and then do what once you spot them. I remember after Pokémon other stuff started coming out like Digimon
  13. You make a good point. A guy like Strange for example has been doing it long enough. Hasn't he been a cook at the elbow room forever if I'm not mistaken? I can get doing politics as another thing to do, volunteering/civic duty or what have you but he's been there a long time. Even a young guy like Joe Brennan has been in it long enough now. Seems like it's the same names. Wonder why they trust you to vote for them but not on their pay raises. I guess nobody knows what they do come counting time. During national elections you hear of voting machine errors and votes just disappearing. Not that I'm saying Trump won 2020 but whose to say votes weren't tossed or changed. Voting by mail? Nah no way that couldn't be tqmpered with. I get it there is an honor system and you're supposed to trust people but that doesn't mean anything behind closed doors.
  14. Potentially covering up some form of corruption is about the jist of that thought.
  15. I can see freshman doing something....or young unestablished people but at the same time they might just be doing it to become established so they can stay. Who would turn down those perks? Especially if you're a primo BSer? I don't doubt there are some people who are trying but the ones who would try often don't last.
  16. I thought I just heard recently these are making a comeback of sorts. I remember collecting them as a kid cause it seemed like everyone did But they definitely never amounted to any real money that I can recall. Just like Pokémon cards another suckers bet so to speak.
  17. You have a point but let's be real....if they weren't paid would they do it? Does anybody really want to be into politics to do actual work? If they did having a career in it wouldn't exist. It would be like just being back in school and it being temporary extra credit on top of your regularly scheduled job.
  18. These guys aren't funny at all. They are retarded. I have no idea what target audience finds them funny. I guess you'd have to be a dumb person and know it. I grew up in this time period and I never got the hype. King of the Hill was great though. But this is the same network that gave you Jackass and adults rave about that crap. Unless they were gunna die doing stupid shit I had no interest in Jackass
  19. South Park is such a different show from when it started. It used to be a show about nothing. The late 200s or early 2010s it started mocking society and how dumb it is. That's when I started getting into it. The older ones weren't bad but ran stake and I didn't watch every episode. Now I do. The only thing I hate about it now is fewwrr episodes a season. The funniest part about South Park is the majority of the audience doesn't realize they are being made fun of. But all the trendies love to watch it. I'm not a trends person in the slightest but it is the one trend thing I suppose I'm into.
  20. Food has changed. Take soda as an example. High fructose corn syrup. They are definitely adding different chemicals to our foods. Read a label I bet there are words on the ingredients you would struggle to pronounce. As far as TV and things like games. I don't think they've changed. Sure Chris said MTV has changed and it has but the types of shows and movies are all repetive just telling the same storyline a little differently each time until they hit a homerun to make it stick. You do grow older so what interests you as you age may change true.
  21. The whole thing is one gigantic house of cards though. There is a website where you can track the debt in live time. It goes up every single solitary second. It's going up as I type. Think it's at $30 billion now. Of course you would ask in debt to whom. Great answer and I don't have it. But I do k ow this racket. Each person is financial debt to society, even more if they pay taxes. Thr powers that be are at an all you can eat buffet with no intention of actually paying the bill. This shit show structure only lasts as long as they deem it worthwhile.
  22. Yet I hear these bums can't sell electric vehicles. The car lots can't get rid of these puppies and are overstocked with them. But I do recall hearing as far as gasoline goes its cheaper to make in one season than the other but that season is not now.... Airfare may be going down a bit but good luck getting a flight or going on a trip without a hitch. Seems like everyone is having problems recently.
  23. Star wars is still going? It feels like the national lampoon franchise. Although they may have finally ended that. I always thought the star wars video games were cool but I could never really get into the movies. They used to play them on TV when I was a kid once a year or every couple of years. I'm not sure I ever got through the first movie.
  24. Lol that's pretty funny I can't lie. Real champions of the people. Of course Moss makes a play to make himself look good. Even though I bet he got a nice "retirement" package when he became county executive. Still blows my mind that the county sheriff had to become county executive. Definitely hiding skeletons in the closet, then.
