Someone sent me a screen shot they saw about this on Facebook. I don't understand their motivation or how they thought like they could get away with it!

The county executive’s behavior has been a great disappointment almost from his first day in office. I dismissed his alleged behavior during his time as sheriff as just being something disgruntled employees would say. But now I realize it’s just the way he is, a bully.

Does anyone else think there may be a connection between the police chief, who said he was not willing to compromise his beliefs, being let go and the sudden appearance of surveillance cameras all over the city of Elmira?

We saw that video as well. It was just awful. Is anyone else concerned about what Putin may do now that his war isn't going the way he hoped? And now that the Ukrainian troops are pushing his troops back? I'm worried he'll turn to chemical or biological weapons.

Judging by past practices, "UN troops" would be largely American troops. Their presence in Ukraine, even if not actively engaged with Russian troops, would only make the situation more volatile.

No, but having thought about it some I think to say, “I don’t agree with X on this platform so I want nothing to do with it,” is okay.
