I saw reference to this channel on another website that has a "Homesteading" section ( who do you think was responsible for that? ) and someone posted a video of these folks butchering a hog. Browsing through the channel, I see these people are the real deal, not some suburbanite Martha Stewart wanna be whose had 4 chickens for 6 months.

These two seem like good people, and I subscribed to their channel. And I don't do that very often. 

There's a wide variety of topics they cover. I highly recommend it.
