Learning how to properly prune basil was a game changer for me. I also watched a couple videos and learned why the plants I try to keep alive through Winter never make it.

The best part of pruning is having some drying almost all the time. By the end of the growing season we have a lot of basil for cooking. I haven’t bought it in the store since I don’t remember when.
