  1. Gordon Lightfoot does at 84. He sings one of my favorite songs of all time. The wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/obituaries/gordon-lightfoot-singer-songwriter-dead-84-rcna82370
  2. Well he had Snoop hit the pause button. So that would put a normal smoker in a trance for days. I remember reading a few years ago we switched to edibles because he was having issues inhaling.
  3. I agree, I can't imagine how many careers he influenced or help build. He's the only one I know of that put out an album of duets because he's not afraid to share the spotlight.
  4. Jerry Springer dead at 79 https://www.tmz.com/2023/04/27/jerry-springer-dead-dies/
  5. You can watch it and enjoy it without knowing all of the backstory.
  6. But did they? All kinds of clones were on that base. People are pointing out that the real one has a moustache and the one this season didn't.
  7. I got Baker Creek and a few others. I got another one within the last week. I only remember Baker Creek because that is where I bought all my seeds at.
  8. I would love to see Bo, Boba, Ashoka, Fennec, Cobb and Carson all show up with Grogu riding the mythosaur.
  9. It was a great episode. To bad for Paz! I liked him. I have read a couple articles that says next week is the best of the season. Rumors of Boba showing up for a rescue mission.
  10. I only check the site on my phone, so I may not have access to the eyeball since I have never seen it.
  11. I don't know how to hide my comments so I will just say I am so happy to see that. Now I just want a live action version of Hondo.
  12. I think they are more running it through the iMatter foundation than the church. Almost everything they put on lists the foundation as a sponsor.
  13. It did seem shorter than the rest. And the spoiler alert is a nice turn around.
  14. In the video he said he is still in charge of events at the L, but the fairgrounds and new business now allows him to book bigger events.
  15. Seems awful late. I received mine at least a month maybe longer ago.
  16. Lane Reddick died at 60. He was the desk clerk in John Wick and played Cedric Daniels in The Wire. https://abc7chicago.com/how-did-lance-reddick-die-cause-of-death-wife-movies/12974999/
  17. I must have been in the Pit for the micro wrestling because it wasn't very big. Also who wants to go to a concert and stand the entire time. That sounds horrible.
  18. Most everything that they host lists the I-matter foundation as a sponsor. So I wonder if that's part of the shell game. I went there for the micro wrestling event and it was fun. A sellout there isn't as big an achievement as it sounds. It looks like it only holds a few hundred people.

I see the tattoo convention is coming back, but this year it's at the mall. I know a lot of artists were not happy about it being so cold last year because the panels over the ice had such gaps it was still very chilly to the point you had to wear a coat all day.
  20. I saw he had a commercial during the Superbowl saying he was returning.
  21. I enjoy reading various sections, but I never read the national news section and rarely read the state news section.
  22. Dave Wills, longtime Rays radio announcer, dead at 58
  23. Gary Rossington, Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Last Original Member, Dead at 71
  24. I can only imagine what types of images the next generation of space telescope will produce.
  25. So I have started watching this show on the Peacock app. I absolutely loved the original show. So far I am trying to give this a shot and looking at it as a new show. It isn't bad, but so far not so great. They do seem to be focusing more on the crew behind the scenes while Gushy and Ziggy were rarely seen. So far it seems typical of all series out on network TV today. Nothing spectacular about it.
