Rollover Crash Injures Millerton Man

MILLERTON, PA - Millerton fire crews and an Erway ambulance crew responded to a single vehicle rollover crash in Jackson Township around 4:20 PM back on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

The accident occurred when the male driver's throttle got stuck and allegedly caused the rollover crash in the area of 1218 Jackson Center Road just north of the its intersection with Everitt Road.

Millerton fire personnel arrived on scene by 4:27 PM. When Erway ambulance arrived the male driver who suffered injuries in the accident was loaded in the ambulance and transported to Arnot Ogden Medical Center for treatment.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, The accident occurred as 38-year-old Timothy A. Hatesaul of Millerton, PA., went over the embankment to the west of the roadway, overturning at least once before coming to rest below the road. The 1947 Dodge truck sustained disabling damage.

Millerton Fire Company crews were able to head back to their station around 5:02 PM.

The vehicle was towed away later by the owner.

What a shame. Glad he wasn't hurt and hope he can get that awesome pickup fixed.
