Former Steuben County Assistant DA Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography

According to a report in the Star Gazette, 63 year old James Miller was charged with two counts of possessing child pornography in a federal criminal complaint that alleges more than 100 images were seized from his electronic devices.

Miller was the Steuben County Assistant District Attorney for eight years, retiring in 2021.
