I am surprised you have never been there.
The garbage omelet is a regular omelette has sausage, bacon, and ham along with all kinds of vegetables in it.

We all know Ann's is a great place to go for an affordable and hearty breakfast. The LA French Toast is is to die for. The garbage omelet is also fantastic.
I just returned home from going there for dinner. The dinner menu only has about 1/2 a dozen choices.
I had the chicken fried steak with brown gravy. My wife had the fish fry. Each was very good.
Both were reasonable priced and all dinners come with 2 sides.

It does seem to have that vibe. Still fun to watch.

It is as hokey and lame as you expect it to be, but somehow it is still fun to watch. It was filmed during the filming of Galaxy 3.
Plus it has Kevin Bacon in it.

I am at the season finale of season 1. So far, so good.

I just finished the new series Wednesday and without giving away any spoilers I can say it is a good show. I enjoyed watching it.
They don't lean to heavily on the family, but they do make appearances.
For those that don't know about it, it is a separate story line for Wednesday from Addams Family. She is at a boarding school and must solve crimes.
The 1 surprise I had was Christina Ricci making a guest appearance as a teacher at the school. She is completely unrecognizable.
If you are looking for a quick watch (8 episodes) I do recommend this one. The girl Jenna Ortega that plays Wednesday does a great job. And for Gomez they went with the old comics for his looks instead of the suave handsome choice from the movies.

2nd hand lions is a great underrated movie. Those that have seen like it. Those that haven't most likely have never heard of it.

They have a few free fishing days through our the year. They were Feb 19-20 (presidents weekend), June 25-26, Sept 24 (national hunting fishing day) Nov 11 (Veterans day).
They are usually days kids have off from school so the parents can take them

I will say I forgot they were even there. I only heard good things about them.

Most of not all of the movie is a joke. Once you see it you will understand.

The movie is only available on Roku TV so I am not sure how many people will see it. It is not a movie I would normally like, because I am not a fan of slap stick comedy.
The movie makes fun of other biopics about rock stars including drug and alcohol use and dating other music stars. It makes fun of the overnight sensations that a lot of musicians are called.
From what I read he did it this way he has had had no controversy or scandals so his story would be boring.
Weird Al is played by Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter)
Dr Demento who I used to listen to Sunday nights on 94 Rock is played by Rainn Wilson (Dwight from The Office)
It has a ton of other people pretending to be stars like Dali, Pee Wee, Alice Cooper. It really is a funny movie and not meant to be taken seriously.
All the songs are sung by Weird Al himself, but Daniel Radcliffe did learn to play the accordion for the movie.

The last 2 episodes were really good. Lots of fun times. Bruce even comes back with a surprise from the comics

Plus all the horse people think they own the fairgrounds and arena and complain anytime it is used for anything else.

They used to have a nice flea market just on the other side of Binghamton. Not sure if it's still going.
The issue I see at these places is everyone thinks they are a reseller and over price most things.
-
It shouldn't raise prices since the state is paying the overtime cost up to 60 hours a week.

I need some information from someone that has grown horseradish before.
I know they say to harvest in Oct-Nov, but should I wait till after a good frost kills the top of the plant?
I have never grown it before, so any advice is appreciated.
I did put it in a few buckets to keep it from taking over my yard.

I agree Ann. While I find the Deadpool movies to be okay, I don't find them as funny as most people.

Scientists have been making a lot of intriguing discoveries with the James Webb space telescope. Webb’s first images gave us a detailed look at the early universe, and we’ve even detected carbon dioxide on an exoplanet with it. Some speculate that a mysterious energy source picked up by James Webb could entirely change things for renewable energy. Others, however, feel it could just be a normal phenomenon

Love that show until the last couple seasons.

I love that scene
The Batman

Just finished streaming the movie. TBH I am so out of touch with everything I don't even know if I knew it was released this year.
This one stars Robert Pattinson (Batman), Zoe Kravitz (cat woman), and Colin Farrell (penguin).
This is an origin story for Batman. It is from the beginning when it was just an experiment for Bruce Wayne. It starts 2 years into the experiment, but still before Batman has the confidence that he shows later in life. The batmobile is more like a muscle car from the 60-70s.
I have never been a fan of Robert Pattinson and previously thought his best acting was done after he died in Harry Potter.
The movie is very dark and gritty. It also shows a ton of violence. Which is normal for movies from DC.
But the story is good and a fun watch.
