I was already planning to plant more of our field and even perhaps a section of our yard, now I'm more determined than ever.
You can also buy pods and hatch the butterflies in your field.

Who didn't see this coming?
A token created by Mark Longo to honor his euthanized pets has plummeted over 99% since its November 26 launch, with on-chain data revealing significant selling pressure as controversy grows over the project's inception.

Plus the Ramen is a full meal. So the price is in par with what you would pay elsewhere for a good meal for 2.

Taichi is a bubble tea, sushi, Ramen restaurant that is Consumer Square.
I absolutely love a nice bowl of real ramen. Something about the mix of flavors just puts a smile of my face.
My son and I each had a bowl of the spicy miso ramen and a order of green tea. The odd thing is when ordering the tea they charge you an extra $.50 for no ice. So we just chose less ice.
I didn't take photos of our food because I never think about doing that. The photo I attached is from one of the reviews. Credit to the owner.
It seems like they started in Rochester in 2015 and have expanded from there.
For the 2 very good servings of ramen and the 2 teas it was about $46.00 including tip. You can order at a kiosk or the counter. The teas were $6.00 each and I want to say the ramen was $13 each.
They have padded chairs you can sit while having a conversation over your meal or standard restaurant tables. I prefer the padded chairs because eating good ramen is an experience to be enjoyed.

The entire paperwork shows they are being emotional about everything.
Also intending to take the rabies training and taking it is 2 different things. I intended to be a astronaut when I was younger, but that's does not count for anything.
Also they mention Fred being an Internet sensation like P'nut and then say he was going to be released back into the wild. I'm pretty sure those 2 things conflict with each other.
It was mentioned the legal team is doing it pro-bono.Wonder what happens to the go-fund that was done to raise funds for the legal battle?

I know, the overlords at EIC refused to post the story about it twice saying it was a retaliation from the govt, and then when I posted it as a comment on another story they deleted it and suspended me from posting for a month.
I just left the group, I rarely went to it. It may have over 40k people in it, but it's the same 1-200 that comment on anything. This time of the year it's mostly people surprised Christmas is here and ask for everyone else to provide gifts for their kids.

Oh no, my meal ticket is gone. I better find another one. Also I noticed in his notice he never mentioned the illegal weapons that were found

I didn't even know Swiss Colony was still in business.

1 hour ago, Chris said:I do too. I’ll sometimes buy from companies just because I like to receive their catalogs. Vermont Country Store is a good example. I’ll also randomly order catalogs from various companies just because. Hell, I pay for the Lehman’s catalog because I enjoy looking through it so much.
I do like magazines and at one time I probably subscribed to at least a half dozen. Now I’m down to two, Adirondack Life and Backwoods Home. Both have been Christmas gifts for a couple years though I think ADK Life might be replaced with something next year. It’s just not quite as good as it used to be.
Once upon a time I had a Play it subscription and, believe it or not, I did get it for the articles. I’ve often wished they would compile the interviews into a book form or something. They were often really interesting.
They did have good articles. A book compiled of them would be something I would like.

That's funny, I was just reading that Smokey Mountain Knife Works just sent out their last catalog. I love looking through physical catalogs. I got my first seed catalog today.

3 hours ago, Chris said:Yeah NYS has very strict regulations and requirements for each and every driver. Honestly I can’t see a private company wanting to take on that size of a fleet and try to manage it. It’d be nuts.
I think that's why they said it was to small unless they could get HHDS. I don't know if they ever approached HHDS about it. I also tried to get them to contract out lunches also. Lol

1 hour ago, KarenK said:When I lived upstate several of the area school districts contracted busses out. There were a lot of problems as the company owners were not super strict on their hiring practices nor ongoing testing and training.
All PA schools are contracted out. Those were worries the administration had.
-
When I was in the board I tried to talk the district into contracting out the buses. They did look into but the company they talked to said Elmira was to small by itself and would like to have HHDS also to make it worth their effort.
I told the administrators we should do it because then we would not have to deal with the shortage of drivers or the drama that happens at the bus garage. But they didn't want to give up control of who was hired.

It's pretty sad. He reminds me of the company that makes Monster cables. They sue anyone that uses the word Monster in their name.

Never mind, I’ve lost enough money on dumb shit already. 🤣
You can create a TTL coin get it to a few million and dump it and keep the profits. Lol

1 hour ago, Chris said:Don’t feel too old. I still have no idea what the hell cryptocurrency is. I mean, is it really as easy as making up a name and saying, “Hey, buy this,”?
No, It's a process and costs at least a few grand to get it started, some articles say it's 10-30k. I own a few different types of crypto. None of them are worth a ton, but overall I am up a few dollars literally.

32 minutes ago, MsKreed said:I don’t think they kept him in NYS the whole time.
In an interview with WETM, he said he was living in CT and worked in NYC when he captured PNut and took him home (to CT), then brought him along when he moved to Pine City last year.
Even assuming that his timeline is truthful, they should have known both the gun and squirrel were illegal when they came to Pine City 18 months ago. Ignorance of the law isn’t a valid excuse... yada yada.
They absolutely knew the squirrel was illegal when they lied to DEC in January. And still hadn't bothered with a license 10 months later. 🤷♀️
I did not hear the part about CT, so I apologize if I was wrong.
CT does have stricter gun laws than NY, so it would have been illegal there also.

I read an article today that said the squirrel was found in Manhattan and was raised from a baby. So he lived in NY the entire time he had the squirrel which means he just assumed the law didn't apply to him or he didn't bother to get the needed licenses.
-
2 hours ago, Andy said:It'll be an EiC exclusive, I'm sure
If they allowed the post, which they didn't. According to them it's government retaliation.
-
Someone created a Peanut the squirrel crypto currency. It's current valuation is 1.4 billion and they are trading at $1.42.
-
Since he had the animals for a few years in NY, it sounds like he waited till the last minute to apply for the necessary licenses. If he had applied for them even when he was contacted by the DEC in January it would have been done and over by now.
