If true, that could be the felony DWI, not that it was his second DWI in 10 years. That should also include Endangering the Welfare of a Child. If his actions were proven to be deliberate I wonder if it would include Attempted ……… Serious, dangerous and sad situation.

Mr. Burgess should request an order of protection. I heard on one of the local television stations that Purvis was charged with felony DWI. Felonies are handled in County Court. The local Court will do arraignment and hold Preliminary Hearing. Once Prelim is held, or If DA presents to Grand Jury and indictment is handed down , or if Defendant waives the Preliminary Hearing it is transferred to County. Hopefully the felony DWI isn’t reduced to a misdemeanor as that keeps it in the local Court. I always thought that happened too much.

I don’t know how this can be resolved when Israel wants to eradicate Hamas and Hamas wants to wipe out Israel. That leaves the Palestinian people in the middle with no where to go.

I don’t understand how he thought this would help in any way. It will be forgotten a month from now but his family will remember for the test of their lives. So sad.

I was a youngster, 6 -7, but I was immediately taken back to the early 1960’s when I saw that ad. Kennedy said he had not seen the ad before airing and apologized to his family. My first thought was what kind of President will he be if individuals working with/for him do things without his knowledge. I also don’t believe an apology was necessary.

Always vote. When I don’t like the candidates on a ballot I write in the name of a candidate I absolutely trust….me.

Perhaps it is time to abolish the UN. Each country has its Ambassadors and Government officials like our Secretary of State. Maybe it is time for direct negotiations. Let the UN’s headquarters move to another Country. I don’t see what good they do at this point in time.

In my opinion, Baldwin was holding the gun when it was pointed at the woman and the gun discharged, killing her. That is negligence and he is responsible. Common sense is you assume any firearm you are holding is loaded and you never point any firearm at a person. He is also guilty of lacking common sense.

From my experience working in the Court, a first DWI was usually always reduces to a DWAI. I also saw second DWI’s reduced, rarely, but it was done. I remember one time a DWI(misdemeanor) was reduced to DWAI then that charge was reduced to a speeding charge. I remember speaking up and reminding all involved that VTL 1192 charges could not be reduced out of that section of law. But what did I know, I was just the Court Clerk.

And I’m praying it doesn’t.

I’m watching Biden’s speech in Charleston, SC, listening to him speak about how white supremacy is a poison in America and all I can say about this trailer is never say never.

I’ve seen what Fox News said about this and it was always clearly stated no evidence of Clinton doing anything wrong, just that he was mentioned 50+ times in papers as John Doe #36 I think. Fox also mentioned Trump being referenced in those papers and, again, no mention of wrong doing. Prince Andrew was definitely mentioned, by victim, as using Epstein’s services. How convenient that names are to be released during an election year.
