Southport Woman Arrested For Alleged Assault Of Minor

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation from State Police barracks in Horseheads arrested 26 year old Hanna Jo Adams of Southport for Assault 3rd (A Misdemeanor) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor)

These charges come following an investigation into the assault of a 10-year-old victim, which occurred in the town of Southport.  The New York State Police conducted the investigation with the assistance of the Chemung County Child Protective Services.  

Adams was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Southport Court on May 11, 2023.
