I think that there is a lot of what makes up the "disappointment" so many are feeling. Like, we were expecting "epic" and got tepid at best. Still, I'm curious to see what they do in the next season just enough to watch it.

Yeah I will watch season 2. I do like how they introduced all the previous incarnations of He-man

I read recently the next "season" takes an interesting turn, but I won't post it here because it's kind of a spoiler.

Finished season 1 may as well watch season 2.

I am forcing myself to finish the last 5 episodes. I had such great hopes and they went away quickly.

Sadly I found the 2nd season a bit better than the first.  I would however continue to watch it if they do a 3rd season.

I mean yeah, I'll watch it, but I'm not nearly as excited as I once was.

And the return of the dumbest story arch from the first season really pissed me off. The little flash of red at the end made up for it though.

The last episode IMHO is the best. A couple things in earlier seasons made me question if I wanted to keep watching.

That returns but only for a short segment. I meant things in earlier episodes of the 2nd half. It definitely is not the same character development as when I was a kid.

No, definitely not. Other than who Teela’s mother was anyway.

That is not the Kevin Smith series but the new little kid cash grab attempt

And will continue to be a hard pass for me.

The Kevin Smith one, I am assuming that is Revelations.

After a divisive absence in the first two parts, Kevin Smith promises that He-Man will be in every episode of Masters of the Universe: Revolutions. Smith created the prior Netflix series, entitled Masters of the Universe: Revelation, which itself acted as both a sequel and reimagining of the fan-favorite Filmnation show from the mid '80s. The series saw Skeletor finally succeeding in his efforts to assault Castle Grayskull, only for it to cause his and He-Man's demise and require Teela to set out to find the missing Sword of Power to prevent the end of the universe.
