Twin Tiers Living 573 Posted April 13 This may be interesting... maybe not. Let's say you have to move somewhere other than where you currently reside. You don't have a choice in the matter and on top of that, it has to be somewhere within the region. But on the upside, money is not an issue, you get whatever you want, wherever you want... you can and will be able to afford it. Where do you go?
Ann 530 Posted April 13 With money being no problem, I’d buy my Dad’s family farm and build my dream house which would be a single floor plan with full, finished basement for Hubby. It would have a huge kitchen with walk in pantry, dining room large enough to hold a table that would seat 20+. My living room would also be huge and there would be a hidden room for my Christmas tree and all seasonal decorations. I would have a library with a fireplace, 3-4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom plus the master bedroom and bath. Dream on girl 😊

My entire life I have always wanted a house by the lake. I don't swim or have any interest in a boat (that requires major upkeep). I just want to be able to sit on the deck in the summer or look out my office window in winter and look out at the water. Edited April 13 by KarenK

Chris 3,699 Posted April 13 Well, since the family farm is spoken for, I guess I’ll have to settle for a place on Seneca. Preferably on the eastern side in the Burdett to Lodi stretch and on level ground that doesn’t require a hike up and down flights of stairs just to get the mail. My second choice might be in the village of Spencer, preferably on an end of a street somewhere. I’ve always thought it’s a nice little town.
