Two Bradford County men face long prison terms after their convictions in separate cases involving sexual contact with minors.

Chase Joseph Ripley, 41, of Troy, was found guilty following a jury trial in October 2024 of sex offenses against two teenage victims.

Richard Lee Gilliland Sr., 71, of Granville Summit, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police following an investigation into alleged inappropriate touching of a 7-year-old child.

What is wrong with people, I just don’t understand this at all.  From what I’ve seen on news reports there doesn’t seem to be any rehabilitation that works.  I’m beginning to think some of the human herd needs to be culled
