The two healthcare institutions announced on Jan. 7 that they will operate under the name Centralus Health. Arnot and Cayuga’s medical campuses and offices will keep their names. Arnot and Cayuga initially announced their plans to merge in April 2023, and Centralus says the companies came together to share resources, become more efficient, and reduce operational costs. Additionally, the company says it will be able to expand access to care for Arnot and Cayuga patients and offer them a wider array of services.
