This guy's vocal inflection and pronounciation of the "H" in "herb" drives me nuts, ( I think he's Canadian ) but this is good information. 

I watched another of his videos on basil, and I may try to keep some alive indoors again this winter.

Oh they’ll be crowded once I have to bring them in for winter! Fact is one or two may have to take a bullet, so to speak, if I can’t gift them all.

So that didn't work out as well as I'd have hoped:

I pulled up a plant from the garden and potted it. We'll see how that works. We have a probe that measures soil moisture, so we'll be less apt to over water.
